All items are inspected before dispatch, if tags are removed unfortunately returns can not be accepted.

To make a collection please bring the following items with you: 

1. Proof of purchase - a copy of your confirmation email.

2. Photo Identification - This needs to be your Driving License or Passport. 

1. Confirmation of billing address - Recent utility bill or driving licence 
   
   We will not be able to release your items without these pieces of identification, this is to help protect you and the store from fraud
